Land of the Gummies was originally envisioned in the early 90′s by Mr. Weaver. The vision was to create a line of gummies that would be different and competitive in the marketplace, and of high quality. The name was created to be fun and unique and it tied into the ever popular theme of Jurassic Park. This venture grew and did very well in the early-mid 90’s. In fact, during its peak, this candy company was the leading producer of gummies in the country. In 1997 Favorite Brands purchased the production company and initiatives were changed on how to distribute their products. But, the good news is, that’s not the end of the story…
Years later, in 2014, Mr. Weaver’s sons, Edward & Vincent Weaver have continued on with the passion of great candy making and have re-launched Land of the Gummies simply as a fun line of gummy candy highlighting very unique and different creations produced with exceptionally high quality standards. Land of the Gummies products are available in many different colors and shapes and even unique offerings such as filled gummies! You can buy this line of gummy candy in bulk or retail size.
